Construction Notice:
The Bellagio has started the ambitious $375 million expansion of their new 925-room tower, which is scheduled for completion in December 2004. In addition to the new tower, the project will include a significant expansion of the Bellagio Spa and Salon, 60,000 square feet of new meeting space, 5,000 square feet of retail, and a casual elegant restaurant. The new tower will be located south of the pool area. The two main Olympic-sized swimming pools, two fountain pools, and all four jacuzzis are open. The only part of the pool that is blocked off from the customer is the back south end which is where the spa is being expanded. Disturbances are expected to be minimal. Construction work will occur 7 days a week. The heavier work will be done between 9am - 9pm, and the quiet work will be done after 9pm.

The Bellagio Spa/Salon is being relocated in preparation for the new 65,000 square foot facility, scheduled to open in the Spa Tower in December 2004. The Spa and Salon will continue to offer a full selection of massage, facial, body care, and salon treatment in its temporary location on the 4th floor - west wing. This fourth floor area has been re-created especially for this purpose, and is a lovely remodeled facility now.

'Wet' rooms including steam rooms, saunas, showers, whirlpools, as well as locker facilities will not be available during the remodeling period.

The fitness center will be moved to the location of the former Arcade which is directly next to Gelato.

Effective immediately:
The Bellagio/Monte Carlo monorail will no longer be in service, due to the expansion of the hotels new tower. The expansion is expected to be completed December 2004.

The Gallery of Fine Art at Bellagio will be hosting rotating exhibits lasting approx. 6 months at a time. The gallery will be open Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
Beginning 01/30/04, the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art invites you to rediscover the genius and beauty of the works of Claude Monet.
